# 03. Publishing Guide

This chapter explains Tailwind, the most preferred framework among recent CSS frameworks.

Until recently, CSS-in-JS frameworks were the most preferred approach in the UI framework world, but the trend is shifting due to Tailwind.

By developing CSS with Tailwind, you can unify the CSS-in-JS strategies that differ across UI frameworks such as React and Vue into a single approach.

This can strengthen collaboration between designers, publishers (front-end markup engineers), and developers, allowing them to communicate in the same language.
