Writing Product Reviews

Only logged-in customers can access the write-a-review feature.

Clicking [Product Reviews] in the My Page full menu takes you to the Product Reviews page.

1. Products Eligible for Review

• View Products Eligible for Review (🔗View API >) Retrieves the list of ordered products for which a review can be written.

POST /v1/review/revWritePsbList 

2. Written Product Reviews

• View Product Review List by Member (🔗View API >) Retrieves the list of ordered products for which a review can be written.

GET /v1/review/adv/member 

3. Writing/Editing a Product Review

Clicking [Write Review] on a product eligible for review, or [Edit] on a written review, opens the review registration/edit popup.

• When registering a new review: the review input fields are displayed

• When editing: the previously registered review information is retrieved

3.1 Viewing Product Review Information

• View Evaluation List by Product Number (🔗View API >) Retrieves the evaluation list by product number.

GET /v1/review/adv/evaluations/{goodsNo} 

• View a Single Product Review (🔗View API >) Retrieves a single product review.

GET /v1/review/adv/{revNo} 

3.2 Registering/Editing a Product Review

After writing a review and clicking the [Register] button, it is registered as a review for the corresponding product.

• Register Product Review (🔗View API >) Registers a review for the corresponding product.

POST /v1/review/adv/goods/{goodsNo} 

• Edit Product Review (🔗View API >) Edits the review written by the member.

PUT /v1/review/adv/{revNo}

4. Deleting a Product Review

To delete a review, view your written reviews and click [Delete] to delete the review.

• Delete Product Review ( 🔗View API >) Deletes the review written by the member.

Viewing Product Q&A

Clicking [Product Q&A] in the My Page full menu takes you to the Product Q&A page.

The logged-in customer can view, edit, and delete the product Q&A they have written.

1. Editing Product Q&A

Clicking the [Edit] button at the top right of the inquiry content opens the inquiry popup.

1.1 Inquiry Popup

• View Product Q&A Details (🔗View API >) Retrieves the product Q&A details.

GET /v1/qna/adv/{questNo} 

1.2 Editing an Inquiry

• Edit Product Q&A(🔗View API >) Edits the written product Q&A.

PUT /v1/qna/adv/{questNo}

2. Deleting Product Q&A

A product Q&A that has already been answered can only be deleted.

Clicking the [Delete] button deletes the corresponding Q&A.
