Order Cancellation/Option Change
Order Cancellation
1. View Order Cancellation Popup Information
Select the product to be canceled and the reason, then proceed to the order cancellation request screen.
View Order Cancellation Target (FO) (🔗View API >) Both members and non-members use the same order cancellation popup information API.
2. View Refund and Additional Payment Information
When canceling an order, information on the refund amount or any additional amount to be paid appears.
View Claim Cost Calculation (FO) (🔗View API >) Provides claim additional costs, benefit information, expected additional payment/refund information, and cost DB data generation information.
3. Process Order Cancellation
The order cancellation is processed, which may result in a refund, payment, or coupon restoration, and inventory changes.
Order Cancellation (FO) (🔗View API >) When an order cancellation is processed, an Alimtalk notification, notification box message, and email are sent.
4. View Order Cancellation Detail History
After an order cancellation is completed, the order cancellation information, refund/payment history, and expected refund coupon information appear.
View Claim Detail History (FO) (🔗View API >) Provides the canceled product, refund/payment history, expected refund coupon, and delivery information.
Product Option Change
Among products for which the order is complete, products that have not yet shipped can have their options changed.
When viewing an order, products eligible for option change show a [Change Option] button.
1. Changing the Order Product Option
Clicking the Change Option button on the order inquiry or detail screen displays the option change screen.

2. Viewing Available Product Option Changes
Retrieves the option information the product can be changed to.
