Membership Withdrawal

Provides the membership withdrawal feature.

Using the following APIs, the customer's personal information is protected through masking and separate storage.

Also, once membership withdrawal is completed, the customer can no longer receive member-exclusive benefits of the X2BEE shopping mall.

Membership Withdrawal

Clicking Membership Withdrawal in the My Page full menu takes you to the Membership Withdrawal page.

To access the Membership Withdrawal page, you must complete the password verification process.

1. Verifying Password

Enter the set password and click the [Confirm] button to proceed with the password verification process.

• Verify Password (🔗View API >) Verifies the member's current password.

2. Entering the Withdrawal Reason

Retrieves the withdrawal reason options for membership withdrawal.

• View Common Code List (🔗View API >) Retrieves the codes for membership withdrawal reasons.

POST /v1/common/getGrpCdList 

3. Withdrawing Membership

Clicking the [Withdraw Membership] button checks withdrawal eligibility, then proceeds through the withdrawal reason selection step, and finally processes the withdrawal.

3.1 Checking Withdrawal Eligibility

Clicking the [Withdraw Membership] button takes you to the withdrawal guidance page, where the process to check withdrawal eligibility proceeds.

3.2. Withdrawing Membership

If the member is determined eligible for withdrawal, enter the withdrawal reason and click the [Withdraw Membership] button to complete the withdrawal process. Once withdrawal is successfully processed, the member is logged out.
