My Page

​Overview

My Page is a page that brings together various features for customer convenience in one place, playing an important role in enhancing the user's shopping experience. Each sub-feature provides the information and services customers need, allowing them to be managed and used conveniently.

It is a space that integrally provides personal information and order-related features, wish list (interested product) management, SNS login settings, mileage management, personal information modification, refund account management, delivery address management, product reviews and product Q&A, and more.

On November 6, 2023, the Gift service was added, and a description of the Gift Box page was added accordingly.

Composition

My Page

• View Personal Information: You can view the customer's personal information, grade information, etc.

• View Order History: This is the area where customers can check products they previously ordered and their order status.

• View Mileage and Discount Status: You can check the customer's mileage accumulation and usage history, as well as information on currently held discount coupons.

Wish List

• Wish List Management: Provides the ability to save and view products the customer is interested in.

• Product Like Feature: You can set or remove a "like" (interest) on individual products.

Easy Login Settings

• Easy Login Settings: Manages the customer's easy login settings.

• Account Linking and Unlinking: Provides the ability to add or unlink an existing linked easy login account.

Mileage

• View Mileage History: You can check mileage accumulation and usage history.

Edit Personal Information

• Change Personal Information: Provides the ability to modify or update the customer's personal information.

• Change Password: Guides you through changing your login password.

• Membership Withdrawal: Provides the customer membership withdrawal feature.

Refund Account Management

• Register Refund Account: Register and manage the account information used to receive refunds.

• Delete Refund Account: Guides you through deleting a registered refund account.

Delivery Address Management

• Register Delivery Address: Register and manage delivery address information for product shipping.

• Edit Delivery Address: You can modify or update registered delivery address information.

• Delete Delivery Address: Guides you through deleting delivery address information that is no longer used.

Product Reviews / Product Q&A

• Write and View Product Reviews: Provides the ability to write and view product reviews after purchasing a product.

• Write and View Product Q&A: You can write and view questions or opinions about a product.

Order

• Order Inquiry: View product order history along with delivery status information, plus order cancellation, option change, and exchange/return features.

• Delivery Tracking / Receipt Confirmation: Provides the ability to check delivery information for ordered products and process delivery completion.

• Order Cancellation / Option Change: Provides the ability to cancel an ordered product or change options depending on the delivery processing status.

• Return / Exchange Request: Guides you through requesting a return or exchange for a received product.

Gift Box

• View Sent/Received Gift History: Provides the ability to view the history of gifts a customer has sent or received.

• View Received Gift Details: You can view detailed information about a gift the customer received and receive the gift by entering a delivery address.
