Provides functionality to efficiently look up and manage members who are registered as staff of the shopping mall. It also allows setting discount limits for staff and conveniently viewing that information.

Staff List Lookup

Look up the list and count of members currently registered as staff.

Staff Deregistration

Deregister a member who is registered as staff. At this time, the existing staff discount-limit information is retained but is marked unusable.

Staff Discount Limit List and Count Lookup

Look up the discount limit list and count for a staff member.

Staff Discount Limit Usage History Lookup

Look up the discount limit usage history used by a staff member.

Staff Excel Upload

Upload the Excel file for staff bulk registration. At this time, validation is performed for each row, and rows that fail validation are displayed with the corresponding error message.

Staff Bulk Registration

Proceed with staff bulk registration. If the staff member is registered for the first time, an initial registration history and staff discount-limit information are created together. If the member was previously registered as staff at another company and staff registration is now processed for a different company, the existing company's staff information is deleted, and the history table records that it has all been consumed.

  • Registering staff at a different company → When a member was registered as staff at company A, then deregistered, and is now newly registered as staff at company B: All remaining balance in the existing staff discount-limit information is fully consumed (history created) → Existing staff discount-limit information is deleted → New staff discount-limit information is created

  • Staff deregistration: Staff discount-limit usage status is set to 'N'
