Mileage Standard Information Inquiry

• Accrual classification: base accrual rate, additional accrual by customer tier, promotion accrual, product review accrual, refund accrual, event accrual, customer compensation accrual

Register / Edit a Gift Event

• Accrual target examples:

  • Base accrual rate

  • Member tier base additional accrual (GREEN)

  • Member tier base additional accrual (FAMILY)

  • Member tier base additional accrual (GOLD)

  • Member tier base additional accrual (VIP)

  • Member tier base additional accrual (VVIP)

  • Promotion accrual

  • Customer compensation accrual

  • Product review accrual (first review)

  • Product review accrual (1+ general reviews)

  • Product review accrual (photo + video)

  • Refund accrual

  • Event accrual

• Behavior:

  • Checks whether standard information has already been registered based on the accrual classification/target in step 1, and if data exists, retrieves the registered standard information.

  • The screen displayed changes depending on the accrual classification type.

  • When saving accrual criteria, expiration criteria, and accrual limit data, a change history record is created, and the save or edit is performed.
