Event Survey Inquiry

The shopping mall's survey event inquiry and result confirmation service provides the ability to look up conducted survey events using a variety of search conditions, and to view the entrants' selected/written results in detail.

Key Features

• Survey Event Inquiry

  • Look up the survey event list by setting the search period, member ID/name, entry number, and event number/name.

  • Check the key content of a selected event through its preview.

• Survey Result Confirmation

  • View the survey results selected/written by entrants of a selected event in detail.

  • Response content is marked for each question to improve visibility.

• Survey Result Excel Download

  • View the queried survey result list in a grid, and download the data via Excel download.

List Inquiry

Looks up the conducted survey event list and survey results by setting conditions.

Event Detail Inquiry

When you click the event number in a row, the corresponding event detail is displayed. Reference: Event Information Management detail inquiry

Survey Detail Inquiry

Looks up the event's survey questions and the questions selected by the entrant.

Event Preview

When you click the event name in a row, the corresponding MO event detail preview screen is called with the preview parameter (previewDate) set to “Y”.

Survey Result Download

Downloads all items in the grid currently displayed on the screen to Excel.

Terminology

Term	Description
Display Period	The period during which the event is displayed in the event list. Once the display period for an event has ended, you can no longer access its detail.
Entry Period (Event Period)	The period during which entries to the event are accepted
Drawing Event	An event in which winners are determined through a drawing
Non-Drawing Event	An event with immediate payout, or with no reward, instead of a drawing
