Event Comment Management

Provides the ability to effectively look up and manage event comments. Administrators can look up comments using various set search conditions, and hide or unhide them as needed.

Key Features

• Event Comment Inquiry

  • Effectively look up the comments of a comment event by setting various search conditions such as the search period, event number/name, member ID/name, comment content, and hidden status.

  • Check the comment content through the preview of the selected event.

• Comment Hide Processing and Unhiding

  • Administrators can select comments to hide or unhide.

  • A hidden comment is not displayed on the MO; when unhidden, it is displayed again.

• Comment Grid List Excel Download

  • View the queried comment list in a grid, and download the data via Excel download as needed.

Process Definition

List Inquiry

Looks up the comment list of all comment events by setting conditions.

Detail Inquiry

When you click the event number in a row, the corresponding event detail is displayed. Reference: Event Information Management detail inquiry

Comment Visibility Check

When a comment is hidden, the hidden status is set to “Y” and the comment is not displayed on the MO. When a comment is unhidden, the hidden status is set to “N” and the comment is displayed again on the MO.

Preview

When you click the event name in a row, the corresponding MO event detail preview screen is called with the preview parameter (previewDate) set to “Y”.

Excel Download

Downloads all comments in the grid currently displayed on the screen to Excel.

Terminology

Term	Description
Display Period	The period during which the event is displayed in the event list. Once the display period for an event has ended, you can no longer access its detail.
Entry Period (Event Period)	The period during which entries to the event are accepted
Drawing Event	An event in which winners are determined through a drawing
Non-Drawing Event	An event with immediate payout, or with no reward, instead of a drawing
