Product Management
Product Management supports comprehensive management of products, providing functions such as product search, promotional message management, product approval, and product modification history. It enables efficient searching through search conditions, and manages history when a product is modified so that changes can be tracked.
Key Features
Product Information Management
You can search products by various conditions, and filter by sale status, product type, promotional message, standard category, and so on.
Promotional Message Management
You can look up and register/modify from the product detail popup, and duplicate period registration is checked.
Processes the CUD information of the promotional message grid per product.
Product Modification History
A modification history is kept each time product information is modified, and the modification history lookup function lets you check the details of changes.
The modification history includes the modified item, before/after values, the modifier, and the modification date/time.
Product Approval Management
You can look up the product approval list using various conditions such as approval status, product composition, partner, responsible MD, and product name.
Provides approval and rejection functions, and a rejected product can be requested for re-approval.

Looks up the product list according to the product search conditions.
If a product number is entered among the search conditions, ignores the product registration period condition and looks up.
Looks up using the search conditions of registration date/last modified date lookup period, sale status, responsible MD, product name, brand, partner, and product number (starts with, contains, equals, multi, range, contains (multi)).

Terminology
Product
• Refers to all goods that are the subject of sale through a commerce channel. • It is the basic unit in which a product is displayed, and the basic unit that makes up the product detail screen. • A product is the unit in which price is managed.
SKU
• The minimum management unit under a product, i.e. the minimum unit of product stock and sale — the unit the customer actually purchases. • The unit that manages ordered product information according to the customer's selected options. • The unit in which stock is managed. (In this solution, stock refers to 'web stock'.) • SKU information is created from a combination of options. (e.g.) SKU A: Color-Black/Size-260 / SKU B: Color-Black/Size-250
Option
• The basic unit for creating product variations. • Items such as 'Color' and 'Size' are called the option name, and 'Black', 'XL', and so on are called option values. • Option types include most of the types used in commerce, such as gender, color, size, weight, capacity, and region, and additional types can be added per site as needed.
General Product (Classification)
• Refers to all goods products that undergo general shipping.
Gift (Classification)
• Refers to a product provided at no additional cost to customers who meet certain conditions, such as purchasing a specific product or purchasing over a certain amount, through a promotion or event.
General Product
• Refers to a product managed by coding the product's options into SKUs. • Stock deduction is performed at the SKU level.
Bundle Product
• Refers to a bundle product for display purposes, regardless of whether a discount applies. • Purchased by selecting some of the products that make up the option composition.
Reservation Product
• Refers to a product that is pre-ordered over a certain period and shipped together on the delivery notification date. • A reservation product is registered by selecting the SKU, which is the sale unit. An SKU can only be looked up and selected if the display period of the reservation product information falls within the product's display period.
