Process Definition

The Administrator Looks Up the Event Gift Delivery List

The administrator can look up the event gift delivery list. After the lookup, the list with personal information masking removed can be downloaded as Excel by entering a password and reason.

Look Up Unmasked Data and Download as Excel

After looking up data with masking removed, proceeds with the Excel download. This is performed using the BO API's "Event Gift Delivery Management Large-Volume Data Excel Download Lookup."

Gift Delivery List Lookup

Looks up the list by gift delivery number to see how the event gift delivery is progressing. Uses the BO API's "Event Gift Delivery Management Lookup" to look up the list.

Validity Check Target Lookup

Allows bulk shipment completion processing for a large volume of event gifts. This can be performed using the bulk registration popup, and when saving, looks up the data needed for validity checking of the data entered in Excel. After the lookup, performs the Excel data validity check. Uses the BO API's "Gift Shipment Completion Bulk Registration Validity Check Target Data Lookup" to look up the data.

Event Gift Delivery Management Save

Updates the event gift delivery status. Using the Shipment Complete and Delivery Complete buttons on the Event Gift Delivery Management screen, updates shipment-instructed cases to shipment-completed, and shipment-completed cases to delivery-completed. Uses the BO API's "Event Gift Delivery Management Save" to update the delivery status.
