Common Claim API
Provides the core functions required for order and claim operations. It efficiently handles additional payment/refund information, coupon usage/restoration information, delivery fee and benefit data, and information related to creating new delivery/pickup locations during order and claim processing. This API is used to look up return/exchange withdrawal targets in the BO.

Claim Cost Calculation Inquiry
Looks up the claim cost calculation. Provides additional payment/refund amount information and refund method information for each claim task screen. When processing claim tasks, provides DB-based additional cost and benefit information, additional payment/refund pending data creation information, and coupon usage/restoration information.

When filing or withdrawing a claim, the Claim Cost Calculation Inquiry is used to look up additional cost, benefit, and refund information; however, subsequent tasks that change the claim status (e.g., return completion) process the claim via the Claim Detail Inquiry.
