# Member Information Management

Provides functionality to efficiently look up and modify member customer information in the shopping mall. Through this service, you can easily view and manage the member list and detailed information.

## Key Features

* **Member List Lookup**
  * Conveniently look up the member list of the X2BEE shopping mall.
* **Member Detail Lookup**
  * View the detailed information of a member selected from the member list.
  * Detailed information includes basic member information, additional information, activity history, and marketing consent information.
* **Member Information Modification**
  * Modify the information of a retrieved member.
  * Update basic information, additional information, etc. to keep member information current.

Look up the member list.

### Enter Member Detail and Verify Authority

Enter the member detail popup. If the user has personal-information handling authority, the user's password is verified. If the user does not have personal-information handling authority, password verification is skipped, and the member's information is masked and cannot be modified.

Look up the member's detailed information and shipping address information.

### Refund Account Management

Enter the member refund account popup. If the user has personal-information handling authority, the password is verified. Registered refund accounts can be viewed, and a refund account can be newly registered or modified. If the user does not have personal-information handling authority, password verification is skipped, but the masked refund account information can be viewed, and refund accounts cannot be registered or modified.

### Member Grade Lookup

Look up the member's grade history list.

### Member Address Change History Lookup

Enter the change history popup. If the user has personal-information handling authority, the password is verified. The member's address change history list can be viewed. If the user does not have personal-information handling authority, password verification is skipped, but the masked information is displayed.

### Password Reset

Reset the member's password to a randomly encoded value. Only general members can have their password reset, and upon reset, a notification (AlimTalk) message is sent to the member's mobile phone number.

### Save Member Contact Information

Save the member's contact information.

### Member Shipping Address Management

Register, modify, or delete the member's shipping address. After processing, synchronization with the event DB is performed.

### Staff Registration

Proceed with staff registration. If the staff member is registered for the first time, an initial registration history and staff discount limit information are created together. If the member was previously registered as staff at another company and staff registration is now processed for a different company, the existing company's staff information is deleted, and the history table records that it has all been consumed.
