# Review Management

Provides various functions to efficiently look up and manage review-related data. Through functions such as review list lookup, detail information lookup, evaluation item and customer profile management, you can flexibly handle rich review data.

## Key Features

* **Review List Lookup**
  * You can efficiently look up the review list using various conditions such as the writing period, review classification, display status, review report status, writer member ID/name, product number, and review number.
* **Bulk Display Status Change**
  * You can bulk-change the display status of looked-up reviews. You can conveniently process both display and non-display.
* **Review Detail Lookup**
  * Looks up the detail information of a specific review, and lets you check in detail the review content, writer member ID, order number, evaluation items, customer profile information, review report history, and so on.
* **Evaluation Item and Customer Profile Management**
  * Provides functionality to look up the evaluation items and customer profile items of reviews mapped to a standard category, and to look them up and add them when writing a review.
  * You can flexibly manage evaluation items and evaluation values that support multiple languages.

Looks up the review list matching the search conditions. If no separate search condition is set, looks up the reviews written within the last 7 days, in order of most recent review writing date/time.
