# Category Management

A core function for effectively classifying and managing products in the shopping mall. It manages the basic information and product attributes of standard categories, and allows you to add or remove display products in display categories. You can also link standard and display categories so that they are automatically connected when a product is registered.

## Key Features

* **Standard Category Management**
  * Can be modified when it is a leaf category, or when there is no category information linked in the standard-and-display category link, and there are no subcategories/sub-products.
  * A standard category can only be deleted when there is no category information linked in the standard-and-display category link, and there are no subcategories/sub-products.
  * For standard category product attributes, only the use status and display order can be changed.
  * The standard category product list is classified and looked up according to the leaf standard category set at the time of product registration.
* **Display Category Management**
  * Can only be modified when the leaf status is not the fourth-level category (4 depth), there is no category information linked in the standard-and-display category link, and there are no subcategories/sub-products.
  * If it is a leaf display category, display products can be added.
  * A top-level category can be added, and cannot be deleted once added.
* **Standard-and-Display Category Link Management**
  * A display category can be linked to a leaf standard category.
  * When a standard category is selected during product registration, the linked display category is automatically registered.
  * A representative category can be set per mall for a display category. However, the representative category per mall must be in an enabled state.
